Genuine sapphire is 8mm x 5mm, set in a handmade bezel of sterling silver. Tulip blades are 14kt yellow gold, about 1/3" long. Each side of the cuff measures about 4.5mm wide and 3mm thick, with a hammered brushed finish. Bracelet is appropriate for both men and women- it is currently for wrists 7-8" diameter, but we can size is down for a women's wrist. This is a one of a kind! The sapphire, although genuine, has been diffusion treated~ an application of a chemical to the surface of the stone then heated to slightly penetrate the surface and enhance the color. It is permanent although it does not go all the way through the stone. Picture 1 is lifesize, picture 2 is enlarged.
